De gestis Pelagii

El retrato más antiguo de Agustín (fresco de Letrán, s. VI)
byAugustine of Hippo

An analysis of 416–417 of the acts of the synod of Diospolis (Lydda, Palestine, December 415), where Pelagius had been acquitted after condemning some propositions of Caelestius. Augustine shows that the acquittal was due to ambiguous answers and that the condemned theses were Pelagius's own.
