Fragments (collections of the lost works)
Fragmenta

A collection of the testimonies and fragments of Aristotle's dialogues, early works, historical compilations and lost treatises, arranged by work. It is indispensable for knowing the public face of his thought, the one read by Cicero and antiquity, which the school corpus does not preserve.

Authorship note
Not a work by Aristotle but the modern gathering of the remains of his lost writings. Diogenes Laertius (V 22–27) lists some one hundred and fifty titles, most of which we know only by name; Valentin Rose (1886), W. D. Ross (1955) and Olof Gigon (1987) edited their fragments.
