byMahāvīra

The second Upāṅga: after describing the god Sūryābha and his heavenly palace, it narrates the dialogue in which the monk Keśin, of Pārśva's tradition, convinces the materialist King Paesi of the existence of a soul distinct from the body, refuting experiments such as weighing a condemned man before and after death. It has a Buddhist parallel in the Pāyāsi Sutta.
