Niśītha (The Penances)
निसीह (Nisīha) / निशीथ (Niśītha)
A chedasūtra in twenty chapters listing transgressions of monastic discipline —concerning food, clothing, lodging, relations with lay people and with the other sex— and the penance corresponding to each; its commentary, Jinadāsa's Niśīthacūrṇi, contains abundant historical and narrative information.

Authorship note
A disciplinary text (chedasūtra) of the Śvetāmbara canon; tradition ascribes it to later masters, such as Bhadrabāhu, who would have arranged rules going back to Mahāvīra. Not recognised by the Digambaras.
