الوسيط في المذهب (al-Wasit fi l-madhhab)
A medium-length compendium of Shafi'i law, summarising the *Basit* and much commented on within the school: Ibn al-Salah and al-Nawawi wrote glosses on it. It became one of the reference works of later Shafi'i law.
