A collection of short sermons on the fear of God, patience, love, death and judgement, with many weak hadith and edifying tales. Very popular in commercial editions and translations, it reflects the devotional image of al-Ghazali rather than his work.
No edition of this work is currently on sale in a store we have been able to verify.
Authorship note
Attribution considered apocryphal by scholarship: a late compilation of exhortations and tales circulating under his name.
