An eschatological treatise describing death, the grave, resurrection, judgement, the balance and the bridge, with an abundance of hadith and tales. Its vivid imagery made it very popular; Lucien Gautier edited and translated it into French in 1877.

Traditionally attributed and accepted by the Encyclopædia Iranica as a work later than the Ihya; some scholars have doubted it.
