The Vedanta Philosophy (Harvard address)
The Vedanta Philosophy: An Address before the Graduate Philosophical Society

Academic exposition of the three schools of Vedanta—dualist, qualified non-dualist and non-dualist—and their relation to the Upanishads, followed by a discussion with the audience. According to his disciples' biography it earned him the offer of a chair of Eastern philosophy, which he declined as a monk; the offer is not documented in the university records consulted by his biographers.
Authorship note
Address to the Graduate Philosophical Society of Harvard University (25 March 1896), published that year with an introduction by C. C. Everett.
