Work and Its Secret
A short lecture on the inner attitude to work: attending to the means as much as to the end, acting without attachment to results and without begging for reward. It condenses the ethics of Karma Yoga into a few pages and has circulated widely as a booklet in India.

Authorship note
A lecture delivered in Los Angeles on 4 January 1900 (vol. 2 of the Complete Works), circulated as a booklet by Advaita Ashrama. No Spanish edition located; the Spanish title is a descriptive translation.
