Nārada visita a Vālmīki
byNarada

A treatise on music and dance in two parts dealing with notes, scales, melodic modes (rāga) —classified, among other criteria, by gender and by time of performance—, instruments and rhythm. It was edited by M. R. Telang in the Gaekwad's Oriental Series in 1920. Its ascription to Nārada extends the tradition that makes him the inventor of the vīṇā and master of the celestial musicians.
