Easter Sermon (Paris, 1294)
Sermo Paschalis a. 1294 Parisius habitus
A university sermon on the text 'Pascha nostrum immolatus est Christus' combining exegesis, natural philosophy and references to pagan and Arabic authors. It witnesses to the young, fully scholastic Eckhart and is, with the inaugural lecture, the only text from that stay that can be dated exactly.
