Arranged by the liturgical year, the collection presents Eckhart as a champion of the primacy of intellect over will in the debate with the Franciscans. It is an early witness to the circulation of his sermons within his own order.

An anonymous collection of sermons by Erfurt Dominicans, compiled around 1340, gathering sermons by Eckhart alongside those of other Dominicans. Main witness: Oxford, Bodleian Library, Laud Misc. 479.
