The Secret of the Names of God
كشف المعنى عن سر أسماء الله الحسنى (Kashf al-ma'na 'an sirr asma' Allah al-husna)
A commentary on the ninety-nine most beautiful names of God in which, for each one, Ibn Arabi distinguishes its meaning in God, the way the servant may "adorn" himself with it and the attitude it demands. It is at once a theological treatise and a manual of spiritual ethics centred on the imitation of the divine attributes.
