The Arabic Infancy Gospel
إنجيل الطفولة العربي
A collection of miracles of the child Jesus during the stay in Egypt and the return to Nazareth, combining material from the Protevangelium and the Infancy Gospel of Thomas with stories of its own, such as Jesus speaking from the cradle. Some of its episodes have parallels in the Qur'an.
Authorship note
Anonymous; preserved in Arabic and probably derived from a Syriac original of the fifth–sixth centuries. M. R. James translates it only in part.
