Ten lectures in Basel (1909) setting out the doctrine of the two Jesus children—one 'Nathanic', the other 'Solomonic'—and the relation between Buddhism and Christianity. The doctrine of the two Jesus children became one of the most characteristic theses of his Christology.

Authorship note
A lecture cycle: text established from stenographic transcripts or listeners' notes, for the most part not revised by Steiner; he himself warned that such texts lacked the reliability of his written books.
