Eight lectures given at Koberwitz (Silesia) from 7 to 16 June 1924 to farmers, which founded biodynamic agriculture: the farm as an organism, the preparations and the relation of crops to cosmic forces. The origin of the Demeter label.

A lecture cycle: text established from stenographic transcripts or listeners' notes, for the most part not revised by Steiner; he himself warned that such texts lacked the reliability of his written books.
