جوهرالذات (Jawhar al-dhat)
The chief work of the 'second group' of poems ascribed to Attar, in a style very different from the authentic ones and with al-Hallaj as its central figure. One manuscript is dated 735/1334–1335, which rules out authorship by the fifteenth-century Attar of Tun.
No edition of this work is currently on sale in a store we have been able to verify.
Authorship note
Apocryphal. It belongs to Ritter's 'second group': Nafisi showed on grounds of style that it cannot be Attar's; Ritter refused to ascribe it to the Attar of Tun (a manuscript of the *Jawhar al-dhat* is dated 735/1334–1335) and its author remains unidentified.
