A large 1892 volume with the monastic rules of Pachomius the Great, Basil the Great, John Cassian and Benedict of Nursia, gathered and translated by Theophan to offer Russian monasteries the sources of cenobitic monasticism East and West. Florensky cites it in The Pillar, and it was reprinted in Riga in 1995.
