Sermons of the Rector of the St Petersburg Academy
Слова Санкт-Петербургской духовной академии ректора архимандрита Феофана
Sermons preached on the great feasts while he was rector of the St Petersburg Theological Academy (1857–1859), collected in a volume in 1859. They bear witness to his academic preaching before the episcopate and announce the style of 'written impromptus' he would develop at Tambov.
