Attar
Waslat-nama (Book of Union)
Traditional attribution
Waslat-nama (Book of Union)
وصلتنامه (Waslat-nama)

A masnavi on mystical union that circulated under Attar's name and that the 1911 *Britannica* still counted among his works. Scholarship regards it as apocryphal beyond dispute. Reinert lists it among the works to be subtracted from the total that legend ascribed to the poet.
No edition of this work is currently on sale in a store we have been able to verify.
Authorship note
Indisputably apocryphal: Ritter and the *Encyclopaedia of Islam* count it among the works falsely ascribed to Attar beyond dispute.
