Hildegarda recibe la visión y la dicta a Volmar (Scivias de Rupertsberg)
byHildegard of Bingen

A selection, arranged in five ages of the world, of Hildegard's prophecies on clerical corruption, the coming of heretics and the Antichrist. Through it the later Middle Ages knew Hildegard more as a prophetess than as a theologian or physician; it circulated widely among Cistercians and Franciscans.

Authorship note

Not a work by Hildegard but an anthology of prophetic passages from her writings (chiefly Scivias, the Liber divinorum operum and the letters) compiled around 1220 by Gebeno, Cistercian prior of Eberbach, in connection with efforts toward her canonisation. It was one of the most widely read apocalyptic works of the Middle Ages.
