Milarepa zugeschrieben

«My religion is to live and die without regret.»

Urteil

Es steht nicht im Werk von Milarepa

Milarepa's most quoted sentence in the West, used as an epigraph by Shambhala and on countless pages, could not be located in that wording either in the Namthar (Lhalungpa, Quintman) or in the Mgur 'bum (Chang). It faithfully conveys the sense of his final teaching but is recorded as unverified.
