Diogenes of Sinope
On the Good
Written work
On the Good
Περὶ ἀγαθοῦ

A title in Sotion's list, known only from it. The same title was borne by works of Plato (the oral lecture "On the Good") and of other philosophers; it is not known whether the writing attributed to Diogenes argued against them. No fragment remains.
No edition of this work is currently on sale in a store we have been able to verify.
Authorship note
Lost work. It appears only in the list of Sotion (Book VII of his Succession of Philosophers), who according to Diogenes Laertius (VI 80) held only these titles to be genuine; Sosicrates and Satyrus denied that Diogenes wrote anything.
