Diogenes of Sinope
Casandrus
Written work
Casandrus
Κάσανδρος

A title in Sotion's list, known only from it. The name might refer to Cassander of Macedon, son of Antipater, but nothing confirms it and the identification is mere conjecture. No fragment survives.
No edition of this work is currently on sale in a store we have been able to verify.
Authorship note
Lost work. It appears only in the list of Sotion (Book VII of his Succession of Philosophers), who according to Diogenes Laertius (VI 80) held only these titles to be genuine; Sosicrates and Satyrus denied that Diogenes wrote anything.
