A verse prayer written in the first long year of exile and recited ever since in Tibetan communities. It invokes the buddhas and bodhisattvas for an end to the suffering of Tibetans and of all beings, asks that the oppressors be freed from ignorance and hopes that truth may prevail without violence. It has been published as a bilingual booklet.

A prayer composed on 29 September 1960 at Swarg Ashram (Dharamsala), according to the Office of the Dalai Lama. No Spanish edition located; the Spanish title is a descriptive translation.
