byThe 14th Dalai Lama (Tenzin Gyatso)

An introduction to the Dalai Lama's general philosophy assembled by Rajiv Mehrotra from extracts of his works and public talks. The chapters cover happiness, compassion, meditation, the four noble truths, emptiness and relations with other religions, so the whole works as a first book for someone who has never read him.
