Verdict

Elle ne figure pas dans l'œuvre de Jesus of Nazareth

It is an agraphon: it appears in no gospel. Only Paul quotes it in the Acts of the Apostles (20:35) as "words of the Lord Jesus", and its origin cannot be verified; it has parallels in Greek literature.
