Annotations on the Contemplation Sutra and the Amida Sutra
観無量寿経集註・阿弥陀経集註

The sutra text surrounded by marginal and interlinear notes with quotations from Chinese commentaries, above all Shandao's. They show Shinran's method of study and anticipate the annotated-anthology technique of the Kyōgyōshinshō.
No edition of this work is currently on sale in a store we have been able to verify.
Authorship note
Copies of the two sutras with annotations in Shinran's hand, from an early period (probably his time with Hōnen or shortly after); autograph at Nishi Honganji.
