byDattatreya

In ten sections Dattātreya sets out to Sāṅkṛti the eight-limbed yoga: ten restraints and ten observances, the postures, the channels and winds of the subtle body, breath regulation, withdrawal of the senses, concentration, meditation and absorption, in which the yogin recognises his identity with the Self. It is one of the principal Yoga Upaniṣads.
