Zeno of Citium
On Law
Written work
On Law
Περὶ νόμου

A lost treatise on law. The Stoics identified true law with the right reason that rules the cosmos, common to gods and men; no quotations survive to show how much of that doctrine was already formulated in this book by Zeno.
No edition of this work is currently on sale in a store we have been able to verify.
Authorship note
Lost work. Only the title survives, in Diogenes Laertius' list (VII 4), and in some cases indirect testimonies.
