A polemical work of 1844, in question-and-answer form, criticising Lutheranism for retaining the Filioque and rejecting the transformation of the eucharistic gifts, apostolic succession, good works, the veneration of icons, of the Virgin and of the saints, and for reducing the sacraments to two.
