Мир Огненный. Часть I

Helena Roerich en Naggar, hacia 1940
byHelena Roerich

The first of three parts devoted to the 'Fiery World', the highest plane of Agni Yoga cosmology, towards which human consciousness should tend. It opens by evoking 'Ur', the root of the light of fire, revered by many peoples, and deals with spiritual fire as the principle of human transformation and with the purification of thought. It is the esoteric core of the series.

Authorship note

The Agni Yoga tradition attributes the text to the Mahatma Morya, the 'Master' among the Mahatmas of Theosophy, and presents Helena Roerich as its recipient and recorder: she said she received the paragraphs by 'clairaudience' and noted them in her notebooks, from which each book was selected and arranged with the family's collaboration. The book was published without an author's name. For historical scholarship (Andreyev, 2014) it is the work of Helena Roerich and her circle; legally, copyright is reckoned from Helena's death (1955).
