La Joie de l'Art. L'Âge de pierre. À travers le Thibet

A French volume gathering three texts by Roerich: an essay on joy as the principle of art, another on the Stone Age—his great archaeological theme—and an account of the expedition's passage through Tibet. Published by the Paris review Le Vrai et le Beau, it shows the spread of his work in France, where he had been a member of the Salon d'Automne since 1907.
