A comparative exposition of Hinduism, Zoroastrianism, Buddhism and Christianity as expressions of one wisdom. Each lecture summarises the cosmology, ethics and doctrine of the soul of one religion and points out its agreements with the others: Blavatsky's 'Wisdom-Religion' method applied by an orator before an Indian public which, for the first time, heard a European defend the dignity of its traditions against the missionaries.
