The Self-Liberation of the Intention of the Peaceful and Wrathful Deities (Karma Lingpa's cycle)
ཟབ་ཆོས་ཞི་ཁྲོ་དགོངས་པ་རང་གྲོལ། (zab chos zhi khro dgongs pa rang grol)

The complete terma cycle to which the Bardo Thödol belongs: purification rituals, practices of the hundred peaceful and wrathful deities, instructions on the six intermediate states and texts of introduction to the nature of mind. It was transmitted in different compilations and its present form was fixed between the fifteenth and seventeenth centuries.

Authorship note
A 'treasure' text (gter ma): Nyingma tradition holds that Padmasambhava taught it in the eighth century, that Yeshe Tsogyal wrote it down in code and that it was hidden to be revealed centuries later by a discoverer (gter ston). For historical criticism it is a composition from the revealer's period. Revealed by Karma Lingpa; Bryan Cuevas has reconstructed its textual history.
