Cabeza de Epicuro (Metropolitan Museum)
byEpicurus

A lost work whose title refers to foretelling the future, perhaps in a medical or meteorological sense. According to Diogenes Laertius (X 135), Epicurus rejected all divination: there is no means of predicting the future and, if there were, what happens according to it would be nothing to us. It is not known how this writing approached the subject.
