Protagoras
Plato
The great sophists gather at the house of the wealthy Callias. Socrates debates with Protagoras whether virtue can be taught; the sophist answers with the myth of Prometheus and Epimetheus, and the debate leads to the Socratic thesis that no one does wrong knowingly and that virtue is knowledge, with an art of measuring pleasures. In the end, both have switched positions.
