A basic book on *jyotisha*, Indian astrology, a discipline the author practised and taught. In *Autobiography of a Yogi* Yogananda reproduces his defence of astrology as a science of correspondences between individual karma and the stars, and his habit of prescribing metal bangles as protection. No modern edition is known.
