The Esoteric Character of the Gospels
A series of articles published in Lucifer between 1887 and 1888 in which Blavatsky reads the Gospels in the light of Gnosis and the mystery religions: Christ as an inner divine principle, the distinction between chrestos and christos, and initiation as the key to the narratives. It later circulated as a standalone book, including in Spanish.
