byBaal Shem Tov

Homilies on the Torah, arranged by weekly portions, printed in Korets in 1810. The Besht's grandson, already mentioned in the *Igeret ha-Kodesh* letter as a young prodigy, transmits sayings and stories of his grandfather with the family's authority. It is one of the primary sources of the Besht's ideology, together with Jacob Joseph's books.
