ليست في أعمال Augustine of Hippo

It appears in no work of Augustine. The formula 'in necessariis unitas, in non necessariis libertas, in utrisque caritas' comes from the irenic treatise Paraenesis votiva pro pace ecclesiae (1626) by the Lutheran theologian Peter Meiderlin (Rupertus Meldenius), and has been attributed to Augustine since the nineteenth century.
