Orthomolecular Psychiatry: Treatment of Schizophrenia
A 1973 compendium that gathered the advocates of treating schizophrenia with high doses of vitamins and nutrients, among them Abram Hoffer and Humphry Osmond. It is Hawkins's only book from before his spiritual period and documents his role in orthomolecular psychiatry, a movement the American Psychiatric Association questioned that same year and that academic psychiatry never adopted.

Authorship note
Collective volume co-edited by David Hawkins and Linus Pauling, with chapters by several authors. There is no Spanish edition; the Spanish title is descriptive.
